Holiday house

Do as much or as little as you like.
Stroll magnificent beaches, collect shells on rocky headlands, swim & surf in clear waters, play golf on local course, play tennis on court down road (we supply rackets & balls); waterski, sail on Swan Lake, canoe on Berrara Creek, bike ride, bush walk etc etc or lay back on one of our deck lounges & read or do absolutely nothing and watch the ocean - restore the batteries!
Enjoy a massage on site by calling Invite Pamper Me.
Whilst you do nothing, children can play on reserve between house & ocean ( eg cricket - we supply bat stumps & ball). Childrens playground is at end of reserve.
Although only 5 kilometres from Sussex Inlet township, Cudmirrah is a peninsula where there is little through traffic; wildlife is not disturbed and kangaroos visit reseve in front of house morning & evening At end of day sit in front of outdoor open wood fire & listen to the waves roll in(we supply the wood).
It is a place to escape to!

•20 metre mowed reserve between the house & ocean.
•No roads to cross.
•Children’s playground at end of reserve.
•Open plan lounge, dinning & kitchen
•Queen bed in main bedroom. Bunks & single bed in each of the other 2 bedrooms
•Upstairs bathroom & bathroom facilities in downstairs laundry
•Modern facilities including dishwasher, microwave, flat screen TV,DVD, CD/radio, 2fridges, gas & wood bar-b-que, washing machine, clothes dryer & under cover parking.
*Large reverse cycle air conditining that heats & cools whole house
*Outdoor open wood fireplace(we supply the wood)
This is a non smoking house and sorry no pets as yard is not fenced and kangaroo's visit daily.

LOCALITY
•Sussex Inlet is just past Nowra on NSW south coast. As the majority of the drive is on expressway, it is an easy 2 & ½ hour drive from Sydney.
•Cudmirrah / Berrara is accessed by turning off the Princess Highway to go to Sussex Inlet. Before Sussex town take a right turn & travel 4 kilometres south. You will pass a large lake known as Swan Lake.
•Cuddmirrah / Berrara is at the end of a peninsula surrounded by ocean & state forests; there is no through traffic.

ACTIVITIES
•Numerous wide sandy beaches for surfing.
•Swan Lake is ideal for watersking, windsurfing, sailing, canoeing etc. Parts of the lake that have shallow water & sandy beaches are craft free making them ideal for young children to play.
•Sussex Inlet is a veritable fisherperson’s paradise; beach, headland reef or the still waters of the Inlet & connecting St Georges Basin.
•There are tennis courts, a golf course & aquatic swimming pool

•Sussex township has 1 large IGA shop, take-a-way food shops, hairdressers, hardware, fashion shops together with doctor dentist & pharmacy.
•A modern waterfront RSL club provides a variety of dining options, gaming facilities & entertainment.
