When you are needing to kick back, relax and take a break, Inlet Waters B & B is the place to go. Recharge your batteries, pamper yourself, and enjoy the unique scenery and attractions that Sussex Inlet offers.
Your hosts Marg and Col Dickinson will greet you and help you settle in. You may be tempted to sample the delicious home cooked afternoon tea, kick off your shoes and relax in either the 'Spa Room', or 'Pelican Room'. Each room is tastefully decorated with ensuite bathroom, TV, overhead fan, electric blanket, clock radio, comfortable queen bed, soft and fluffy towels.
Perhaps you may wish to relax in the adjoining light and inviting Guest Living Room which offers comfortable lounge and dining area, TV/DVD, RC air conditioning, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, tea and coffee making facilities, selection of reading material, DVD's and tourist information.
You may choose to take your home-cooked breakfast outside on the verandah overlooking the tranquil waters of the inlet or enjoy the 'beach-themed' ambience of the dining room which also overlooks the water.
PLEASE NOTE: To preserve the serene atmosphere, we do not cater for children of any age.

Our B&B is tastefully and comfortably decorated with adult guests' needs especially accommodated. Because we only accept bookings from adults, a quiet and tranquil environment is offered where life's cares can be left behind and guests can kick-back and be spoilt by their friendly hosts. Delicious breakfasts can be taken on the back deck which overlooks the tranquil waters of the Inlet.

As our B&B is in a sea-side location, we have many varieties of birds to ejnoy. While guests enjoy their breakfast on the back verandah, they may be entertained by the visit of some pelicans, silver gulls, King-Parrots, Rainbow-Lorikeets or laughing Kookaburras. We also have many varieties of birds including Plovers, Finches, Magpies, Currawongs, Owls, Swans, Honeyeaters, Gallahs Lorikeets, Rosellas, Parrots, to name a few. The beautiful Black Swans can be seen at the nearby "Swan Lake" at Cudmirrah. A trip into the adjacent Boodoree and Conjola National Parks will bring hours of enjoyment to both the professional and amatuer "Bird-Watchers".

Our property backs onto the waterways of Sussex Inlet and so is the ideal place to stay and be able to launch your canoe or kayak from our jetty. The inland waters of the" Inlet" and the nearby "Swan Lake" are the ideal venues for many hours of enjoyment. Sussex Inlet surf beach is less than 10 mins drive away for those wishing to be more adventurous.

Sussex Inlet is well-known as a fantastic fishing spot. There are a number of locally-hosted fishing competitions throughout the year, but any time is a good time to fish at Sussex! The local RSL Club have a fishing charter boat whichis available for groups or individual crewing for outside fishing or in St Georges Basin . Guests may use our jetty as our B&B is situated on the Inlet.

Guests with "romance" on their mind will be greeted with chocolates, and complimentary home-cooked afternoon tea. They may choose, when booking, to have our picnic or special occasion hampers containing locally produced food and wine, to enjoy in the privacy of their room, or at one of the many idyllic spots that Sussex Inlet is famous for.

Our property is located on the waterways of Sussex Inlet. We have direct access to deep water from our jetty. It is suitable for fishing, boating and swimming.
Whale Watching

In season, Sussex Inlet is centrally located to view the migratine whales. There are a number of whale-watching tours available from nearby Jervis Bay, and Sussex Surf Beach has a viewing platform from which whales may be spotted.
