Leave your worries at home while you enjoy our beautifully presented 2 storey waterfront holiday house where the local wildlife are frequent visitors. Large enough to accomodate 1 or 2 families yet cosy enough for 2.
There is a full size swimming pool only metres from the back door and boat lovers are able to launch and retrieve their boat from one of the many public ramps and then moor it at our private jetty for the duration of their stay.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen with large adjoining dining / living area with a log fire. Downstairs features 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a kitchen / dining / living area that adjoins a covered pergola. There is also an adjoining BBQ area and laundry.
The property is within easy walking distance of the local shops, cafes and clubs. It is fully fenced, outside pets are allowed as is outside smoking.
Baby cot / change pad and high chair are available upon request.
NO LINEN IS SUPPLIED.
Sleeps 8. Upstairs 1 queen bed, 2 single beds and a sofa bed (upon request). Downstairs 1 queen bed 2 single beds.

Locality

Sussex Inlet is a water lovers haven that provides easy access to St. Georges Basin and the vast waterway of Sussex. It is a 3 hour drive from Sydney and Canberra, 30 minutes south of Nowra and 30 minutes north of Ulladulla.
Sussex Inlet is a sanctuary for those who love fishing,swimming, prawning, sailing, canoeing and water skiing. There are pristine surf beaches and many coastal villages to explore.
You can play golf, tennis and bowls. Visit the Ocean and Earth factory at Sussex or simply relax by the pool.
