Beautifully presented newly renovated, waterfront holiday home, comfortable and furnished with style. Well equipted new kitchen with dishwasher, with a view of the water. Relax in the spa in the new bathroom with shower & toilet. Glass enclosed dining room/sunroom takes in peaceful leafy garden & water views or slide open the glass doors & enjoy your drinks & BBQ in the Gazebo. Private Jetty to fish, swim off or tie your boat to. Garage and off st. parking. Cottage situated in quiet cul-de-sac on the Riveria Keys. Kangaroos, ducks & native birds visit daily. Our focus is on making sure you have a great holiday. Your stay with us will be one of complete relaxation.

Close access to the sea & St Georges Basin for good fishing, snorkling, prawning,canoeing,sailing or water ski on Swan Lake. Golf,bowls,tennis,clubs, shops,cinema,restaurants,tavern etc.
Go browsing the quaint nearby towns of Berry, Milton & visit the Mogo Zoo.
Just 3Hrs from Sydney & Canberra. PropertyThis is a Non-Smoking House and sorry no Pets as backyard is not fenced off and Kangaroos hop around. Easy walk to town centre, entertainment and Bingo.
