Holiday house

Modern beautifully presented two story waterfront holiday
home with airconditioning. Cosy & .romantic for 2 or comfortable for 8, 3 bedrooms 1 Queen 1 Double, 1 double/single combo in 3rd bedroom plus sofa bed downstairs. 3 bathrooms 2 upstairs & 1 downstairs. Cosy gas fire downstairs and wood fire upstairs Private Lge Jetty with drive through slipway to water with winch. Great for fishing & swimming or jump in your boat and away you go. Boat may be left tied up to jetty during your stay.There is also a salt water inground pool to enjoy. Garage for two & off St parking for two. Located in quiet street. Walking distance to town. Great water views from dining/sunroom surrounded by peaceful leafy garden. Slide open the glass door and step onto back covered balcony where you will enjoy your BBQ & drinks by the water. Relax and feel the refreshing sea breezes. Your holiday with us will be one to remember, you won't want to leave.

Sussex Inlet is hard to beat for a relaxing holiday. We have everything you need to make your holiday one to remember. Miles of unspoilt beautiful uncrowded beaches. Picturesque walks everywhere. Safe waterways to swim, fish or cruise around in your boat. Close access to the sea & St Georges Basin for good fishing, snorkling, prawning,canoeing,sailing or water ski on Swan Lake. Golf,bowls,tennis,clubs, shops,cinema,restaurants,tavern etc.
Go browsing the quaint nearby towns of Berry, Milton & visit the Mogo Zoo.
Just 3Hrs from Sydney & Canberra.

This is a Non-Smoking house. One small outside dog is welcome. One pack of 3 flea bombs to be provided.Enclosed yard. Easy walk to town centre,clubs
