Mingle with the locals and long time visitors to this special spot in Sussex Inlet, all within easy walking distance via the cycle path or road to the shops, clubs and pub.
You even have the shared use of a large jetty to tie up to for your entire stay, a shared laundry and to cook up a storm on the gas b.b.q's will only cost 20c!.
The public boat ramp is less than 100 metres up the road, and you can park your trailer next to your car in the space provided next to the cabin.
Don't have a boat of your own? no problem, there are two local boat hire places also within easy walk of your cabin!
We have 3 cabins, so why not bring all the family for a group booking of up to 15 people!

1. The 50% deposit and $20.00 booking fee are required within 5 working days of making the tentative booking.
2. Balance of rental must be paid prior to occupancy. Receipts for payment of bookings by cheque or direct deposit are issued subject to clearance.3. Advance bookings are subject to change without notice.4. A cancellation fee of $100.00 will apply: a) If the property is re-let for the total period formerly booked by you, the cancellation fee only will be charged and the balance refunded.
b) If the property is NOT re-let for the total period formally booked by you, all monies paid by you will be forfeited.c) *No cancellation fee will be charged if notice to cancel is given within 7 days from the date of the confirmation letter.5. On your day of arrival, check in time is 2p.m. and premises must be vacated by 10a.m. on departure day irrespective of time of arrival. Keys can only be collected from our office after 2p.m. on the day of arrival.Fees may be charged for collection of keys outside of office hours.6. If you are arriving after office hours and wish for the keys to be left in a pre-arranged place it is your responsibility when booking to arrange for your late arrival.A locked security box is located at our office, a code will be given to you on full payment prior to arrival, so keys can be retrieved keys after hours. Reconfirm these details between 9a.m. and 4p.m. on your arrival day along with your estimated arrival time.7.Disturbance to neighbours,including excessive noise is prohibited and may result in termination of tenancy.8. Parties & Functions are strictly prohibited. The rental charged is for domestic use only and not commercial use.Accordingly, this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning,garbage removal, wear & tear, repairs etc., Use contrary to this may result in termination of tenancy.9. The number of persons occupying the premises are restricted to the number of people shown in the Holiday Guide & Internet advertising

9.Cont'd.. (Extra guests are not permitted and WILL BE EVICTED - as will those who are booked to stay.) Breaching this condition may lead to additional charges.10. NO PETS are allowed on the premises. 11. Premises are let on the condition that they are kept clean & tidy at all times & are left in a clean & tidy condition when vacating. Please ensure that kitchen & bathroom surfaces are clean, all floors are vacuumed, washing up is done & put away, all garbage bins are emptied & Otto bins must be placed on the curb. Please take excess garbage to the local waste depot located in Springs Rd. Charges will apply for disposal of excess rubbish left at the property.12. We hope you catch plenty of fish, but please clean them at the boat ramps, NOT at the premises.
13. NO provision can or will be made for relocating to another premises other than on the basis that the rental due be forfeited and full rental on the new premises is paid prior to occupancy.14. Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay and NO responsibility is taken for tenants’ personal property left on or in the premises.15. Any breakages, damage or lost keys must be reported as soon as possible & paid for. If any repairs are needed, L. J. Hooker Sussex Inlet should be notified immediately. The tenant agrees to allow the agent or their nominee to enter the premises to arrange necessary repairs.16. Tenants must provide bed linen, towels, tea towels, toilet paper, detergents garbagebags. Waterproof mattress protectors must be provided for childrens beds where needed.17. All properties are described as accurately as possible and are all spoken by in good faith.
