Holiday apartment

Walk around the corner to some of Sydneys most popular restaurants in this Surry Hills location or to the city bus stop from which the bus takes 10 minutes to the city centre. Otherwise walk to CBD in 20 minutes or the famous Cricket Ground or AussieFootball Stadium in 10 minutes

This olderstyle apartment has a pleasant enclosed backyard to enjoy a social drink or play area for kids plus a front balcony off the lounge overlooking the street vista Then there is nearby the pool area to freely enjoy for a swim.

The kitchen is a spacious U- shape with good working bench area and is well equipped for entertaining..
This apartment is not airconditioned

The master bedroom has a homely, comfortable feel with a queen bed & overlooks the courtyard and has an ensuite plus built-in cupboards.The second bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables and a built -in wardrobe whilst the master bathroom offers a bath and shower with an internal laundry.
