Holiday apartment

The apartment is located in the colourful and diverse part of Surry Hills known for its art galleries, great restaurants, antique and retro dealers, cafes and pubs, and fashion and furniture stores.

The flat is cosy and centrally located. It is part of a large apartment block and as such can occasionally be noisy, on the whole though it is generally quiet.

Please note there is no air conditioning as I believe it is environmentally unsound. There is however overhead fans and heavy blindsawning to keep the flat cool.

Central station is 5 minutes walk away with Chinatown, Oxford Street, Brett Whitely Gallery and Fox Studios within easy walking distance.

It would suit a couple or single in Sydney for work, holiday or relocation. There are a lot of stairs so it is not ideal for someone who needs assistance with walking or children in strollers.
