Holiday house

The home, with its reverse cycle fully ducted air conditioning system, modern appliances and well appointed bedrooms, provides comfortable holiday living (including Foxtel).

Approximately 5km to Pacific Fair, 5km to the pristine Gold Coast beaches and 10 minutes to the famous theme parks, the Capri is centrally located like no other.

Jupiters Casino and the popular Broadbeach entertainment precinct is less than 5 minutes away.

With public transport access at the end of the street, you will find the Capri's location perfect for any holiday activities.

In less than 2 minutes walking from the Capri's front door, you will find the Sorrento shopping village and Evergreen. With a Thai, Japanese, and modern Australian Cuisine restaurant, you don't have to go far for some of the GC's best dining.

As well, the Sorrento Villiage and Evergreen offers an award winning butcher, Supermarket, Chemist, BWS, Bakery, Cafes, Art Gallery, Clothing stores, News Agent and Fish and Chip shop. Again only 2mins from the front door.

Further past the Sorrento Villiage and Evergreen is some of the GC's best outlet shopping center's, Sports stores, Harvey Norman and Domayne retail centers all within a 5min walk.

A stroll across the Main River on the Bundall Bridge you will find the 5ha Albert Park, with BBQ facilities, walkways, tennis, gymnasium and modern playground. Plenty of space to wear the kids out!
