* Watch the water crafts passing by.

* Canoe and venture out onto the water. If you paddle your way around the island, you get a great view of some spectacular homes.

* Maybe you would prefer to just chill out with a book around the very private in ground pool.

* Across the river you can hire a BBQ boats which take approx 12 people, you can cruise up to Wavebreak Island and have a BBQ or just stay close and explore all the water ways.

* If shopping is on the agenda, within a 5km radius, Pacific Fair, Australia Fair, Oasis Shopping Centre, Marina Mirage and of course Surfers Paradise. 15 minutes drive and looking for a bargain try Harbour Town Factory Outlets.

* If you’re feeling lucky, Conrad Jupiter's Casino is 3km away and has many bars and wonderful restaurants. Dinner and show packages are also on offer, Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre at Broadbeach, or grab coffee while you view the Gold Coast from the 78th floor of Q1 one of the Worlds tallest residential building.
