Luxury spacious fully self-contained very stylish and modern. This apartment is on level 45 and has uninterruped views to all directions including ocean, river and city lights.

"This is the second time we have stayed at this apartment and can only say it was great before and has only improved. The apartment feels like home very quickly as it is spacious enough to accommodate a 3 year old in full flight as well as two adults. It is well equipped and clean. Improvements include plasma TV and pay TV, and better kitchen facilities, but the location and the Q1 resort means you are spoilt for choice whether to stroll 150 meters to the surfbeach or just down the express lifts to the resort's huge pools. Q1 Level 45 is a perfect base to explore the Gold Coast and staying in Q1 is an experience in its own right as you feel you are in an international hub."

"With my partner and our 2 year old we enjoyed a 2 week stay in Q1 Level 45 mid winter 2007. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable and as it is northerly facing, has sun all day beaming in and warming it up making perfect t-shirt weather for winter. The apartment also allows the windows in the balcony to be opened allowing fresh air to circulate, so combined with the incredebible view makes for a very wonderful experience. Being on level 45 means that street noise is diminished which is a must in late night Surfers.
The apartment was clean, well laid out and equipped with all the basics to allow for holidaying and living, especially if you need to cook and wash after a 2 year old. He enjoyed watching the helicopters darting about and the lights of Surfers at night. There was plenty of room for all three of us not to be in each other's way especially if you intend to stay in doors for long periods.
Q1 is a special place and the lobby has an incredible international flavour where you feel you are at the world's hub. The Q1 resort's facilities are excellent, particularly if you intend to indulge in a bit of healthy pursuits like swimming laps in the heated pool.
Parking and access was easy and the lifts are the fastest we have encountered which makes a big difference staying in a hi-rise building.

The Q1 level 45 quickly feels like a home away from home and is a perfect base for taking in the Gold Coast attractions or just getting away for a little while.
