A boutique waterfront property with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This house cater to all from corporate traveller to the family unit and would comfortably suit two families travelling together.
Down through the backyard is your private pontoon with direct access available to the Tweed River and all it has to offer. We supply fishing gear and a 2 man kayak for your enjoyment. A public boat ramp is only 200 meter away.
Upstairs has four bedrooms ( one with 2x double bunks). bathroom and tv / lounge area. Master bedroom has en-suite, walk-in robe and private balony.
Downstairs is kitchen, dinning, tv lounge, with 50 inch Plasma LCD tv, bathroom, loundry and queen size bedroom.
