Cottage, Holiday house

Gold Coast Dogs and You is a very large & lovely 5 bedroom dog friendly holiday house at Parkwood priced from $150 per night. No smoking allowed in the house. Only 15 mins to Surfers Paradise or all of the theme parks. Fully furnished with lots of extras. 2 living areas with 2 TVs including Austar Pay TV with extra movie channels in main lounge area, DVD/Video players, CD players. Reverse ducted air-conditioning throughout whole house. For the little ones there is a porta-cot (need to bring comforter, sheets and pillow), high chair and pram. Dog safe private and lockable rear yard that backs onto a dog friendly park with swings etc. Just unlock the back gate and you can take your dog/s for a walk in the park. Pool is fully fenced and lockable(safe for children & dogs).
Fully furnished including full cooking facilities, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Iron & ironing board and gas BBQ.
Take advantage of all of the tourist attractions, or you can relax and have a BBQ near the pool, or take your dog/s for a walk at sunset along the leash free beach at the spit on the broadwater. SORRY, WE DO NOT SUPPLY LINEN.

Things to do

Take a trip to the theme parks - Sea World, Movie World, Wet 'N Wild, Dream World, Outback Spectacular (highly recommended) all under 15 mins drive away. Join in the atmosphere of the Friday night lantern market in Surfers Paradise. Or spend a few dollars at the Cararra Markets on the weekend. Take a drive up to Mount Tambourine and enjoy the views while having devonshire tea. Why not take a surf at the beach or take your dog for a swim. Or simply relax around the pool in the comfort of your home away from home. For the shopper-holics Don't forget to check out the specials and restaurants at Harbourtown.

Property

The house is very comfortable and well set out. On those hot days you can relax in the coolness of the ducted air conditioning (or heating in winter). You can watch a show on the TV in the large lounge area while the children are watching a different program (or a DVD) in the other living room. Sit outside and enjoy the BBQ and pool (you can keep an eye on the children from the dining room and kitchen). The rear yard is very private and is a nice place to put your feet up and relax.
