Holiday apartment, Boutique hotel, Resort, Self-contained apartment

Apartment 2041 is fully self contained, airconditioned 2 bedroom with three balconies and outdoor settings on 4th floor facing river and mountain views. Only 5 min walk to the beach, shops, cafes downstaires make this an ideal holiday resort. Watch a movie in the theatre room, laze around one of the large pools,dine in candlelight on your private balcony,enjoy an indoor or outdoor heated spa or a workout and sauna in the gym. Great childrens playground and sand pit. You're right in the heart of it all in Surfers Paradise.

The apartment is equipped so well, we couldn't find one single thing that was missing!! The kitchen is fully equipped, the decor throughout is modern and clean and the furnishings comfortable and spotless. We went with children so it was great to sit in the reclining chairs at night with a bottle of wine whilst watching a DVD.

Locality

Chevron Renaissance is located right in the heart of Surfers Paradise. There is plenty to do in the area, anything from 10 pin bowling, surfing, cruising along the river,kite flying,Ripleys Believe it or Not, Time Zone, Pancake Parlour,Cafes, restaurants,Latin Dancing in the open (Friday Nights), surfing, SeaWorld, Dream World, Wet'n'Wild.Have a drink in our own fully minus 5 ice bar, and much much more You'll never be bored.

Views

Situated on the fourth floor the view from any of the 3 balconies is spectacular. Why pay high costs for a sea view which is only blackness at night when you can have the city lights and moonlit river scenery every night. Very romantic !
