Holiday house

This centrally located, modern 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house provides the perfect holiday venue. It consists of great indoor outdoor entertaining with Surfers Paradise as the backdrop. Enjoy days soaking up the sun by the beautiful pool and the nights watching the sun set over Q1. Have dinner by the pool enjoying the beautiful skyline of the Gold Coast or walk to restaurants and cafes close by.

The fully equipped kitchen is an entertainers dream with sleek finishes and SMEG appliances. The main living area with plasma TV, flows through bi-folds to the outdoor dining and lounge over looking the pool. Upstairs consists of another living area with plasma TV and Wii for the kids.

Both master bedrooms are spacious - with large bathrooms.

For the kids, a short walk to the beach or the many attractions of Surfers. Across the road is the Nerang River for fishing and 2 blocks away is the boat hire (no boat licence required) local shops and al fresco cafe - all overlooking the water.
