Holiday house

Make your gold coast holiday where each day is wonderful and the next perfect the ultimate by renting your own house - no more having to meet for brekky - get your own in the great kitchen - no more having to put the Lippy on before venturing down the hall and lift to the pool - go as you are its your pool and your garden and your own lounge and dining rooms and it is as private as you want it to be and just over the road are the take out shops and dairy and fruit shops and all you need including what the english call an off license - then just down the road is Pacific Fair for the shoppers and opp that Draculars and around the corner the Casino. Or turn right and head for the sun sea and sand of the ocean.
From Pacific fair buses take you anywhere including the theme parks or rent a car - we have some special rates
See unlike hotels and apartments where you have to conform, at A La Casa GC you do what you want - great deal - bet you - oh by the way it has a master bedroom with ensuite ( and TV ) a second double bedroom, and a third bedroom with 4 bunks - aside from that a rumpus with pool table and tv and games and bikes that also has a couch that turns into a double bed for those dinner guests who do not make it home

Locality

The location is great
Over the road are a selection of shops, takeaways, fruit, newsagents etc etc
Diagionally opp is a liquor wholesaler some pokies and an upmarket retaurant
Down the road a short walk is Pacific Fair - a great shopping mall and also the bus venue for the theme parks and in fact buses to take you all over the Gold Coast and opposite there is Draculars ( a must see ) and around the corner is the Casino
Or when you leave the house turn right and you will end up at the magnificent beaches of the Gold Coast

Property

The property is a stand alone single level home of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and spacious modern living with a covered deck overlooking the canal and a pool and a garden and completely self contained
And we are very proud of it

The large covered deck at the rear over lookoing the canal has a child safe fence as does the pool, The property is fully fences and has an electric gate

People fish standing on the beach outside their property as in the beach at this property and there are canals to fish in near by and of course there are charter boats for ocean fishing

Gay & Lesbian friendly

Offers a high degree of privacy, All guests welcome.

This would be as greater holiday home for gay and lesbian people as anyone else

Romantic getaway

Private living and recreation areas.

This house has its own views of the water and its own pool and it is private and sunny and fully selcontainedin everyway so is ideal for romantics to get to know each other or rekindle the past
