"Surfscape Retreat" is a modern, well equipped beach house ideally located at Surf Beach, Phillip Island. The beach house comfortably sleeps 6 people and is a two storey,contemporary,family oriented home. The property comprises 3 bedrooms and one well sized bathroom. Upstairs, the house has a fully functional kitchen and an open plan lounge/dining area with new furnishings. A children's safety gate has been secured at the top of the stairs. The beach house also has a ground floor deck with an outdoor setting and gas BBQ. Added extras, at no additional cost include a highchair, portacot, baby's bath and stroller. We endeavour to make your Island stay as enjoyable as possible. The beach house is within walking distance to Surfies Point Beach and an easy drive to most attractions. Relax and take in the beautiful and peaceful atmosphere that Surfscape Retreat has to offer.

LocalityThe beach house is just a short walk to Surfies Point Beach and within a short drive to the famous Grand Prix Circuit, Penguin Parade, The Nobbies and Churchill Island. The Surf Beach General Store is also an easy walk from the house. Facilities"If the children are happy we can all relax!" Particular attention has been paid to setting up the house for children. They will discover toys, pencils, puzzles, jig saws,totem tennis, beach toys, books, board games and DVDs.
Adults are also catered for with a supply of books, CDs, DVDs, magazines and fun boardgames.

The beach house comfortably sleeps 6 adults. The house has 3 bedrooms. Room 1 has a queen size bed, room 2 includes two single beds one of which is a trundle bed and room 3 has a double bed. A baby's porta cot is also available upon request. Each bed has been set up with a mattress protector, doona, doona cover,pillow protector and pillow. Extra blankets are also provided. Tea towels are also supplied. If you request linen we will provide the following items...bathmats,handtowels, towels, washers, sheets, cot sheets and pillow slips. Upon request,we will also endeavour to meet any other special needs eg supply beach towels.
Two night minimum booking length.
