Cottage, Holiday house

This cosy cottage is only about 100m from access to the beautiful Surf and neighbouring beaches. It has two bedrooms - one queen bedroom with a single trundle, and the second bedroom with twin beds. The high-fenced, very large garden provides a really private escape from the sea beezes. The dog and all the family will LOVE it! Inside, the open fireplace adds warmth and makes it a perfect break in all seasons! There is a brand new kitchen with Euro stainless steel appliances. There is no need to go out of your way to pick up keys - a real advantage.

"Perfect retreat from the city. It is the right side of the island to avoid the congestion of Cowes if you want, but close enough to get into town or to the Penguin Parade with no problems. Very relaxing indeed. On top of that it has a huge garden which our little boy loved." Martin, Glen Iris

Locality

Surf Beach has its own general store for supplies just a few minutes walk from the cottage, or just hop in the car and explore Cowes or Rhyll. Phillip Island has fun for all ages and interests - golf, koalas, adventure parks, wineries, restaurants, beaches, surfing, motor racing, penguins... It is just 1.5hrs from Melbourne - a really easy drive and perfect for a weekend away. The house is between San Remo and Cowes, so you benefit from being away from it all with the facilities of either town within 10kms. Try Churchill Island cafe - great for lunch, or pop over to the Purple Hen winery for a glass in the afternoon.
