Sensitively designed by local Architect Colin Vanderstay, this new and distinctive beach house has been practically designed with zoned sleeping and entertaining areas. Ideal for up to eight people with 3 bedrooms one of which is the loft area, accessible by tradesman type metal ladder (not ideal for children under 10 years). A very open and sunny house with sliding doors opening to the north, and south to the front deck. Superbly appointed with brand new bedding, equipment, furniture, crockery, cutlery and glassware. Enjoying a unique view over the wild life rich crown land reserve which separates it from the beach. This land is home to the migratory Shearwater birds which, between September and April, give a remarkable dusk show. Other features which will ensure a distinctive holiday experience include, secure off-street parking for 2 cars, outdoor hot cold water shower, 2 person sunken spa bath, flat screen TV and DVD player, remote control gas heating, comfortable lounge and dining seating, washing machine, private large outdoor decks and associated seating, large Beefeater stainless steel BBQ / oven. Strictly NO PETS and Strictly NO Smoking inside property.
