Holiday house

Hotsands Beachouse is a relaxed, original home that caters to the holidays of people and puppies alike.

There are tiles on the floor throughout the house and many glass sliding doors that lead out to the deck or paved entertaining areas.

The main house contains 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, with the second room also having a king-single bunk.

Beside the house is a self-contained "cabana", which also has a queen size bed, a single trundle bed and an ensuite.

The open plan lounge, dining and kitchen areas all open onto the deck, and there is ample room for large groups of all ages to entertain themselves comfortably at Hotsands.

Austar television is included in your stay, as there is no free-to-air reception and limited mobile phone reception in Hotsands. This is the perfect way to escape! Internet facilities are available for an additional cost during your stay.

The property is surrounded by a secure timber fence, has a lock-up garage which opens into the house and includes a gas barbeque located next to one of the outdoor settings.

Hotsands Beachouse has catered to the needs of adult singles, couples, groups, and families with children of all ages since 2003.

We welcome all dogs of any size, both inside or outside the house, and more than one is okay too.

Hotsands Beachouse is directly across the road from Sunshine Beach and the dog off leash area.

You will find dog bowls in the house but we find guests prefer to bring their own pet bedding.

WE ASK OUR GUESTS TO BRING THEIR OWN BEACH/BATH TOWELS & BED LINEN.

We employ excellent cleaners and have a thorough clean before and after each guest. Our cleaner also inspects our house before each guest to ensure it is looking perfect and all equipment is in good working order...this all ensures a great holiday for you.
