A great holiday house with plenty of space for either 1 or 2 families. Beautiful pool area and small back yard for children and all within walking distance to beach and the Sunshine Village.
The ground floor enjoys an immense open plan kitchen, lounge and dining space, with bi folding doors that open out to the terrace, pool and front garden. There is also a full bathroom on this level. A modern timber staircase takes you to the first floor which alone would provide for the largest family, with four large bedrooms and full bathroom with a separate laundry. In addition, on this level, you have a great communal entertainment / media area with access to open decks overlooking the pool, and an enclosed garden framed with well established trees and plants providing that special privacy at the rear. The huge master bedroom and en suite on the upper floor is truly spectacular.
