We are a luxury apartment across the road from the beach (down through the park to the main lifeasaving area) Also only 100m walk to village shops with 7 cafes and restaurants. Because we are so close to the beach (you can hear the waves) and shops people find our place very relaxing. Cars not necessary.
Private heated spa on the rooftop deck which has huge ocean views. Good ocean views also from both living area and deck on level below.
The apartment is very roomy with large living area with polished wooden floors and new furnishings. Wide flat screen Tv with DVD and CD player. Separate dining area (although everyone eats on the deck) and excellent kitchen with European appliances. 3 bedrooms - main with ensuite and TV, second (twin) on same level beside the second bathroom. Third bedroom (twin) is on the level below. Sleeps 6 Bedrooms airconditioned. Garage with remote rolladoor and internal access to unit. Linen provided.

Unit is like a town house with four levels - rooftop with spa and huge ocean and sky views, living with deck and ocean views,then 2 bedrooms (one with queen bed, one with 2 singles) with bathroom, ensuite and deck, then 3rd bedroom (2 single beds)and garage with internal entry at the bottom

Locality

Sunshine Beach is in easy access of the main Noosa Heads area but is much quieter and more natural with many trees. Bus to the Heads and main shopping area 100m away. There are many restaurants and a bar in the village shops and the surf lifesaving club is easy walking distance.
