Situated in a quiet court in the new area of Sunset Strip. Spacious living with verandahs to relax on and four large bedrooms to accommodate a group of friends or 2 families.
Open plan living with a great kitchen, wood heater and reverse cycle.
The 4th bedroom is ideal as a TV room for children.
Choose to sleep 4 couples with 2 queen beds , a double bunk and double futon.
Ideal location for track events and so close to Smith Beach and YCW.
Walk to the cafe at the A Maze nThings and Koala Centre or in for dinner at the Brewery. Cycle or walk to Cowes on the cycle path.
