Clean neat and tidy home situated in a quieter area of Phillip Island is central to Smith Beach, Cowes and 2 minutes drive from the Grand Prix circuit.

Members of car clubs welcome as their is plenty of space in back yard to park your cars (sorry no garage or carport).

Our house is perfect for a family, pet lover who wants to take their dog with them (one dog kennel and fully fenced large back yard) and for a couple who wants to get away to a quieter part of phillip island. Sleeps 5 people.

Features include 3 bedrooms-1 queen bed in main & cot, 1 queen bed in 2nd bedroom, single bed in 3rd bedroom, living area, bathroom,DVD, gas BBQ, Rinnai gas heater, electric cooking, fully furnished.(no air conditioning -see breeze instead!).

BYO sheets, pillowslips and bath towel and beach towel and oh yes the kids too!

We have one kennel, large rear year, pets can be locked in laundry area at night if cold, we don't want dogs/cats on carpeted areas of the house. Any size dog ok but
over 34kgs definately outside thanks!
