Holiday house
This is a lovely single level home nestled in a beautiful garden. Sunset Strip is one of the closest suburbs to Phillip Island Racetrack.
The living area is open plan with a great surfing/beach theme, a very comfortable lounge area with wood heater, flat screen TV and DVD player. There is also a split system heating and cooling unit in the living/dining/kitchen area.
There is a large central dining table next to the sliding doors that open on to the great entertaining area.
The kitchen has gas cooking a microwave and a dishwasher, there are plenty of salad bowls, platters etc for alfresco dining.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans as well as a central one in the lounge.
The three bedrooms each have queen size beds two of them having small TV and DVDs.
There is one bathroom with shower and separate toilet, laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
There is a lovely veranda running around the house with seating looking over the gardens.
The back deck has shade cloth gas bbq and outdoor setting.
THIS PROPERTY IS NOT SUITABLE FOR SMALL CHILDREN DUE TO THE LARGE OPEN POND IN THE GARDEN.
