Sunset Strip is a very Central location 10 minutes drive into Cowes, 10 Minutes drive to Smiths Beach and the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit, approx 10 Minutes drive back across the bridge to San Remo.
This lovely new property has been tastefully furnished and has everything you will require for a great holiday.
The main living has leather sofas, polished boards, flat screen TV and a DVD player in the lounge, there is a central dining table with seating for 8 and 4 stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with electric cooking, a microwave and a dishwasher, plenty of salad bowls and platters perfect for Summer BBQ's. There is a split system heating and cooling in the lounge as well as ceiling fans. There is a large covered deck leading off the lounge area that has a gas BBQ and an outdoor setting.
There are 4 bedrooms the main having an ensuite and there is a family bathroom.
The property is fully fenced with a double garage that has internal access.
