You could not ask for a better view!
This two storey home faces directly on to the Sunderland Bay foreshore with exceptional views of the rugged coastline. Just a stroll across the road and down the hill finds you at one of Phillip Island's fascinating surf beaches. Surfers, fishermen, walkers and sand castle creators will enjoy the long stretch of beach before the rocky points appear. The holiday home features enough bedding for 8 people, has 2 living rooms for space comfort, backyard for the kids to run around in and a balcony to sit on in the summer evenings.
The main living area is upstairs with balcony comfortable sofas, flat screen TV and DVD split system heating and cooling. The kitchen has electric cooking and a microwave, well equipped with all crockery utensils etc.
There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and one bathroom.
Downstairs has a second living area where there is a TV and DVD small dining table and lounge suit.
The second bathroom is located in the laundry that has a washing machine ironing board and iron.
Opposite the beach and a couple of minutes walk to general store approx 10 minutes drive to Cowes, San Remo, Penguin Parade and Race Track a great central location.
