This Immaculately presented home is located walking distance to the surf beach.
Centrally located on the Island approx 10 minutes drive to Cowes, Phillip Island Racetrack, world famous Penguin Parade and San Remo.
With all the living and bedrooms on the top level there are 2 balconies one off the kitchen with gas bbq and outdoor setting the other on the front of the house perfect to catch the morning sun.
The lounge has TV and DVD comfortable sofas, portable electric heating and portable cooling fans.
The modern kitchen has electric cooking and microwave, fully equipped with lots of platters and serving bowls etc.
The layout of the house has two bedrooms on one side of the lounge with a bathroom in between and this is mirrored on the other side of the lounge
There are four bedrooms each has a queen size bed and two of them have TV's
Downstairs has a lovely sitting area and double sliding doors leading out to the fully fenced backyard.
Very clean and well presented perfect for you next family holiday or weekend getaway.
