Perfectly suited for 2 or more families, both levels have their own bedrooms, lounge area and bathroom.
If your looking for a relaxed lifestyle you will have enough to entertain the whole family without leaving the house.
You will find:
-2 bathrooms 1 upstairs with a bath and one downstairs.
-2 lounge rooms 1 upstairs for relaxing and 1 downstairs for games room.
-Games room with air hockey table Thomas train set, plenty of other toys and a bookcase full of childrens books and adult / teen novels.
-Large backyard for the kids to play in with a play fort, slide and cargo climbing net.
-Salt water ingound pool with waterslide and umbrella.
-Gas bbq and outdoor dining area over looking the pool.
So sit back, grab a book and relax while the kids have a ball in the back yard. Then for dinner take a 5 minute stroll to the Italian restraunt down the road or fire up the bbq and cook up a storm.
The backyard is fully secure. If your looking to party hard and loud please dont look here as the neighbors have young kids and want to enjoy the peacefull atmosphere that Summerland Point offers.

Fantastic house, ideal for what we wanted! 3 mums and 6 kids, husbands joined us for 2 nights. Plenty of room. Upstairs lounge, and downstairs play area for kids. Pool was lovely, and not too cold! Great garden with play forte for kids, and big umbrella for shade over grass area. Very child friendly house. We'll definitely be back! Thanks loads.
