The property consists of three unique courtyards ,the front garden courtyard is very private with outdoor setting and water feature,which makes it perfect for entertaining.The smaller easterly courtyard leads off the dining room,this also is very private and suitable for an intimate breakfast for two.
The property comprises of a light filled open plan living area with furnishings and bedding of a high quality throughout.
With R/C AIR/CON,and ceiling fans in all bedrooms,LCD TV,DVD you can be assured of a very comfortable stay. A telephone is available for all incoming calls.

We found our hostess Robyn to be extremely welcoming and friendly. We can recommend this unit as it was fantastic and location excellent. The unit itself was bright & airy and very comfortable and very tastfully furnished.This location is close to shops, buses and not far to walk to train station. We had a great stay.and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends or family who visit Perth
LocalityOur property is only minutes away from King's Park where you can take in the views of Perth ,have a game of tennis ,work out at the gym or cycle through the beautiful bush setting. Subiaco Oval,is a ten min walk, or if you prefer catch the bus it will drop you right outside the grounds.
After an AFL win at Subi Oval you can walk home with the crowd replaying the win.
Rokeby Rd is "the" street in Subi with designer fashion,theatre,alfresco dining, restaurants,clubs,hotels,and it is all within walking distance from Subi Townhouse.
