This lovely apartment in small group (12 apartments) is fully furnished and fitted offering all the comforts of home including, dishwasher, aircond. laundry facilities, including dryer,Flat screen TV, DVD, selection of Books, Mags and DVDs.
Sleeps 4 people (two couples) in two queen size beds.
Lovely sunny courtyard opposite beautiful park lands.
Attractive rates for longer term stays.

Train Station, Patersons' Football Stadium. Very close proximity to the major Hospitals including Hollywood Private Hospital, Sir Charles Gairdner,Queen Elizabeth 11 Mecial Centre,St. John of God Health Care, Princess Margaret Hospital for Children.
Also close to U.W.A. and KINGS PARK (400 hectares of native bushlands and parks). Only five minutes drive to the CBD and Perths' beautiful beaches and 20 minutes drive to Fremantle.
