Holiday unit, Bed & Breakfast, Self-contained apartment

A place where tranquility meets modern luxury.
Enjoy the sweeping sea views, or relax by the solar heated pool.
This beautifully presented B&B is decorated in modern contemporary style, with all amenities, including a small kitchen, and opens onto the indoor pool.
Just a short stroll to the boat ramp, or take the walking track into town, enjoying the beaches along the way.
If you're lucky, you may even be accompanied by a dolphin or two!!

We have spent five wonderful days in your beautiful property. Thankyou so much for your kindness,generosity and hospitality. You have made our holiday one to remember always.

Situated right on the coast overlooking the beautiful waters of Streaky Bay, this unit is the perfect spot to launch your holiday activities.
Streaky Bay is renowned for its fishing,(in particular the King George Whiting), spectacular coastline, and secluded beaches.
Book a fishing trip, or fish from the jetty. Hire a boat or a canoe to explore the sheltered waters of the Bay. Go surfing, play golf, bowls or tennis. Check out the museums, the sea lion colony, or just laze around.
The choice is yours, but this is the place to be!

Art exhibitions are often held at the Tourist Information Centre in Streaky Bay. These include both travelling exhibitions and works by local Artists.

Enjoy the expansive sea views from your bedroom and private outdoor area. Just a minute or two to walk to the calm waters of the Bay, or drive to the open ocean for surfing or body boarding.

Canoeing & Kayaking

Guests welcome to bring their own canoe/kayak, Less than 5 minutes walk to water.

The Bay is sheltered and often glassy calm, especially in April and May, so it is perfect for Canoeing and Kayaking. You may be lucky and be accompanied by a dolphin or two, because they can be seen most days right in front of the B&B.

Fishing

Fishing spots available nearby, Local fishing knowledge available, Located less than 5 mins walk to water, Located less than 5 minute drive to water, Boatramp within 5 minute drive, Boat storage/parking available onsite.

On the high tide you can fish off the low cliff in front of the house, and the boat ramp is just a couple of hundred metres away. We have plenty of parking space for boats and fish cleaning facilities are located at the boat ramp, and also at the B&B. Perfect for the avid fisherman!!

Golf

Golf course located nearby.

Streaky Bay has a 9 /18 hole Golf course in the middle of town. The fairways are green (most of the time), with sand scrapes. Non members are very welcome. Ladies day is Wednesday, and the Men play on Sundays.

Museums and Galleries

Take a trip down memory lane and visit the Stationary Engine Museum, where a large number of engines have been restored and are on display. The caretakers of the museum are happy to start some of the engines so that you can see them in action.
The Streaky Bay Museum gives a glimpse into the past, with, among other memorabilia, an original timber cottage which has been re-erected in the museum grounds. However did they fit all of those children in such a small space!!

Be pampered in your self contained unit with chocolates on arrival, and direct access from your unit to the indoor pool, which also has a spa. Book a massage to really make your holiday a relaxing one. Enjoy a glass of wine or two in your private outdoor area overlooking the beautiful waters of Streaky Bay. You may be lucky enough to be entertained by a pod of dolphins cruising past.
