Our cottages are spacious and ideal for families and couples.
Our accommodation offers excellent value for money, and we pride ourselves in our friendly welcome and knowledge of the local area and the attractions it has to offer.
We have something to offer everyone, whether it be a cosy night infront of the heater, or booking your tours on either cruise, train or any of the other activities available in Strahan.
We will help to make your holiday in Strahan, a happy and memorable one!
LocalityWe are located in a peaceful and quiet area of Strahan.
GreenGate Cottages is located within a stones throw away, from both the local 9 hole golf course (with cheap green fees), and the local tennis courts (which are free).
We are also a 5 minute drive away from the ABT Railway, and just a short 20 minute walk to the centre of town, to be amongst the restaurants and cafes, and also from where the Gordon River Cruise, leaves from. PropertyEach cottage has 2 spacious bedrooms. One has a queen size bed and the other bedroom has 2 singles.
The cottages have a seperate loungeroom with electric heating, tv, DVD and video player, as well as a comfortable lounge to relax on. We also have videos, DVD's, games, some childrens books, and current magazines, available to loan.
There is also a seperate, spacious open plan kitchen and dining room, with all the cooking facilities that you should need to make your stay at GreenGate Cottages, an enjoyable one.
Each cottage has it's own laundry with fully automatic washing machine, for our use. Also provided are pegs, washing basket, clothes airer, iron and ironing board.
We also have a large bathroom with a shower (which has great water pressure), and a large vanity with some toiletries for your use.
Lastly, our cottages also have a seperate toilet, so there is no queue for the bathroom!

Rooms
Each cottage has 2 bedrooms - one with a queen size bed and the other with 2 single beds. All of our beds have wonderfully warm doonas and electric blankets. There is also extra blankets and pillows available at no extra cost.
We also have several good quality fold out beds, for use should they be required, as well as a portacot, with linen, for the youngest member of your party.
All bedding and linen is supplied at no additional cost.

Winter Rates : 16/05/08 until 15/09/08 $100 per double per night. Shoulder Rates : 16/09/08 to 15/12/08 $125 per double per night. ONE NIGHT'S TARIFF REQUIRED TO SECURE BOOKING MINIMUM 2 NIGHT STAY FROM 20th DEC 2008 UNTIL 31st JAN 2009. Summer Rates : 16/12/08 to 15/05/09 $140 per double per night. Weekly rates on application.
