Luxury appointments including Italian Bath fittings in both bath-rooms, ceiling fans throughout, all new modern exclusive appliances including Miele dish-washer, Miele Clothes washer and dryer, microwave, Miele gas cook top, oven. TV, VCR, DVD, STEREO in lounge, TV, DVD in main bedroom. Lockup garage for 1 vehicle. Ocean glimpses. Fan heater. Electric blankets in cupboards. Short walk to shops, bus shuttle. Beautiful Gorge Walk to sight the Dolphins and Whales ( in season). Also across from natural “Lily Walk” down and across sand dunes to Main Beach.
