The master bedroom has 1 Queen size bed with ensuite, there is a separate parents retreat with couch and TV/CD player. There are lovely views from the master bedroom which is located on the top level. The middle level has 2 bedrooms with 1 Queen size bed & 2 single beds. There is a separate bathroom with shower & bath & toilet. The laundry is also located on this level with auto washing machine & dryer. The lower level is open plan living with kitchen, large dining & lounge room with open onto the deck with fantasic view towards Moreton Island. The kitchen has new stove/oven & dishwasher, microwave, fridge
/freezer. There is a gas bbq on the deck. The lounge room has TV/VCR/CD/DVD and surround sound system.
