New architect designed 3 bedroom house set in peaceful, mature gardens with local species and water feature. Safe no-through traffic street. Beautiful nightlit garden and bush views. There is 1 Queen en-suite, 1 Double & 1 King single with 1 bunk & 1 single trundle bed, Sleeps 8 . Luxury Fittings include Italian Bath fittings in both bath-rooms, ceiling fans, exclusive appliances including Meile dish-washer, Miele Clothes washer and dryer, microwave, Miele gas cook top, oven. TV, VCR, DVD, STEREO, Carport for 1 vehicle, Room under house for surf /holiday gear. BBQ webber, deck beside Natural Park reserve. PHONE LINE IN PROPERTY. Some ocean glimpses. 2 Oil Fan Heaters. Electric blankets in cupboards. Short walk to shops, bus shuttle. Beautiful Gorge Walk to sight the Dolphins and Whales( in season). Across from 5min.natural “Lily Walk” down and across sand dunes to Main Beach. Expect visits from kookaburras and sometimes wallabies from the surrounding natural reserve. Opportunity to enjoy large family get-togethers by renting next door houses “Nautilus” and “Surf Mist”.
