The ultimate in seclusion. Dutton Park is a stone cottage nestled in a small cove bounded by a wildlife sanctuary and a creek.Fully self contained with large kitchen living area which overlooks the beach and bay that are only metres away. Sited on a working sheep farm there is ample area for bush walking, or coastal walks for stunning views. Wildlife is abundant.Possums, wallabies, goannas, rock penguins or watch the sea eagles soar in the sky. At times you may see dolphins or the elusive whale.Cosy winter retreat: nestle with a book by a log fire with the sounds of the sea.Suitable to launch boats upto 5metres with 4wd. Eco friendly, this cottage is serviced by gas and solar.

Locality

Along the North Coast halfway between Stokes Bay and Snellings beaches. Close to Paul's Place, Stokes Bay Bush Garden, and Parndana Wildlife park. Parndana the nearest town has shopping, community club and laundromate facilities.
