This one bedroom apartment has a separate entrance, its own garage, a large living/dining room, bedroom with queensize bed, bathroom and small kitchen. The beach and park is across from the house. The walk from the train station is about 10-minutes. The train from Sydney takes about 1 hour. The famous Sea Cliff Bridge and Royal National Park are only 5 minutes away. Stanwell Park is a hangliding centre and gliders can be clearly seen from the apartment.
