The unit is beachfront situated right on Beaconsfield Parade. You are directly opposite the Catani Gardens, St Kilda beach and a 1 mins walk from Fitzroy St with all the restaurants, cafes, bars it has to offer.

The unit is fully furnished with a queen bed, en-suite bathroom and a fully equiped kitchen. To make your stay even more comfortable we have provided a flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo system, air conditioner (portable) and heater. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge which can sleep 2 people but more ideal for one person.

You are on the doorstep of Fitzroy St, Acland St, Barkly St, Luna Park and the beach Esplanade! There are restaurants, cafes, bars, nightclubs, cinemas, shops, supermarkets and plenty more. There are trams and buses 1 minute walk from the unit - the CBD is a 10 mins tram ride, Chapel Street 5 mins away and Albert Park is a 5 mins walk.

The unit is ideal for 1 person or a couple. It can accomodate up to 4 people (young adults) if necessary.
As the unit is central St Kilda, we have found it more suited to an age group of 21 to 35.

There is free all day parking a 5 mins walk from the unit. Washing machines are communal and require coins to operate.
