Privately owned this apartment is located in the heart of exciting St Kilda. There is a peaceful well groomed park at one end of the street, and is only 10 paces from the well known National Theatre. Another 10 paces away in the opposite direction is the nearest tram stop which will take you on a 10 minute ride into the CBD.
It is 200 metres from Acland Street with its legendry coffee shops, cake shops and funky bars, 400 metres from Luna Park, and another 2 minutes' stroll from the famous St Kilda pier and beach, and 5 minutes from Fitzroy Street, Beaconsfield Parade, and St Kilda Road.

A short 20 minute tram ride will take you to Monash University Caulfield Campus. It is conveniently located near the major hospitals - Alfred, Royal Melbourne, St Vincent's and Cabrini.
