Holiday apartment

In a well maintained block, in a beautiful and quite tree lined street, your apartment is only minutes walk from the St Kilda foreshore and a few metres from all that Fitzroy and Acland Street have to offer.

Two bedrooms, plus lounge, eat-in kitchen and bathroom, nicely presented, comfortable and well maintained, the apartment has two queen size beds, plus an extra mattress is provided ideal for a young child.

Off street car parking, plus the route 112 tram to South Melbourne, the Casino and the City is at the front door. Kids will love the playgrounds at the foreshore (complete with donkey rides and kites) or the park just one block down the street complete with a funky and popular local cafe for mum & dad. Stacks of pubs, bistros, cafes, take-aways and quality restaurants within a few minutes walk. And the George Cinema. 5 minute walk to the St Kilda Baths for a swim, massage, facial and spa treatments.

Ideal for a young family for a cost effective holiday where you can enjoy all the local restaurants but also enjoy your own fully equipped kitchen so that you don't have to have every meal out! Also suitable for those relocating to Melbourne and for friends to share.
