The location is ideal at the quiet end of Acland Street situated on the 2nd floor overlooking the street and treetops with an abundance of natural light.

The apartment boasts a chic interior with timber floors and white marble. Furnished with huge lounge suite, 42" plasma screen and fully airconditioned and heated the apartment creates a relaxing atmosphere with focus on comfort and entertainment. The queen size bed has plush bedlinen and the flowers are always fresh. It features a sparkling designer bathroom with hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances should you wish to dine in.

At the other end of Acland Street there are cakes and shopping. Just a few steps away there are stylish restaurants, intimate cafes and great bars. You can indulge yourself at the Aurora Day Spa located across the road at the sleek Prince Hotel. It is just a short stroll to the bay. There is a nearby tram stop to take you to Melbourne CBD.

It is the ideal retreat for a couple or busy corporate.
