Relax, watch a DVD or read a book in your modular leather lounge. When you can tear yourself away from the comfort of your apartment you'll find that everything is at your fingertips below.

Your apartment is both quiet and private, but neverthelss its placed right above all the excitement that is Acland street.

Your accommodation comes complete with undercover secure parking, lift access and a security entrance from Barkly St, though one can exit directly into the shopping complex below and onto vibrant Acland St.
And the beach is only 20 metres away.

The position of this St Kilda apartment alone makes it one of the finest apartment options in the Melbourne bayside area.
There's no need of a car, as everything is within easy walking distance.
