We have recently renovated and refurbished St Helens VISTA so that guests can enjoy a well earned relaxing break in modern and comfortable surroundings. All the mod cons are here including reverse cycle conditioning and even a dishwasher.

Wake to the most amazing sunrises - viewed without even getting out of bed! Watch the comings and goings of this busy little port from our top deck. Walk into town for great shopping, cafes and restaurants....

St Helens is the Game Fishing Capital of Tasmania and also the gateway to the world renowned Bay of Fires.

If you have never visited the area before rest assured there is much to do here and many suprises to be had -
Beachwalking, Bushwalking, Surfing, Swimming, Fishing and of course as much relaxing as you need.

For those wanting to experience Game Fishing we are happy to put you in contact with a number of operators who offer people of all ages a fishing experience not to be missed.

The Bay of Fires starts just 10kms from St Helens and offers numerous unspoilt, white sandy beaches with crystal clear water and bays to explore and be left in awe of. And on the way home why not stop at one of the Oyster farms to get the freshest Oysters on earth.

Some of the best dining experiences Tasmania has to offer are all within 10kms of St Helens Vista. And this isn't just our opinion.

Margots which specialises in modern cuisine with a very French flavour received rave reviews on Radio National. The reviewers only lament was that there weren't many good places to stay in St Helens. We were still renovating when they visited town however we are proud to say that we offer exactly the kind of accommodation that would have impressed them.

Latris & Ripples are also within walking distance - both overlooking Georges Bay offer innovative menus which will satisfy the most discerning diner with local seafood being featured on both menus
