Holiday house

Tom's Place is a neat, cosy, 3br Pet Friendly Holiday Home.
Main has a Double Bed, 2nd br has 2 x Single Beds, 3rd br has 2 x Single Beds.
Tom's Place is cosy enough for a romantic holiday for 2, but big enough to sleep 6. There is plenty of parking on the property for extra cars or the boat.
The back is fenced off for a running area for your pet.
Sit back and relax cooking on the wood bbq, relax on the verandah with a glass of wine or a cup of tea.
There is a new heat pump for those hot days and cool nights.
We love allowing you to bring your pets, please respect Tom's Place so more people are able to enjoy bringing their pets with them.
A $200 Bond is required which is returnable after the cleaning/inspection takes place on the day of departure. The Bond is then returned either by cheque or direct deposit.

Locality

Tom's Place is only approx. 4 kms from the lovely township of St Helens. You can taste the delectable fresh fish at the restaurants on the waterfront.

St Helens is the Game Fishing Capital of Tasmania, go catch your own fish on a fishing charter, or buy some from our local fishmonger.

Tom's Place is only a short drive to the stunning "Bay of Fires". This is well worth the drive.

Beach

Less than 5 minutes drive to the beach, Beach views.

There are minimal water views of George's Bay from the verandah. It is just a short drive to the wonderful Peron Dunes, Boat Ramps for Bay fishing, or drive to the end of St Helens Point for Ocean fishing.

Canoeing & Kayaking

Less than 5 minutes drive to water.

Guests are welcome to bring their own Kayak's and Canoe's. There is a fenced backyard and a small garden shed that would possibly hold a couple.

Fishing

Fishing spots available nearby, Local fishing knowledge available, Located less than 5 minute drive to water, Boatramp within 5 minute drive, Boat storage/parking available onsite.

St Helens is the Game Fishing Capital of Tasmania, therefore there are many different Fishing Charters available. Please feel free to ask Dee or Mick for more information.

Pet friendly

Cats are permitted, Small dogs (less than 11 kg) are permitted, Medium dogs (11 kg to less than 34 kg) are permitted, Large dogs (34 kg or heavier) are permitted, Pets are permitted inside, Secure, fully fenced running area.

Please notify the managers of the number of pets you wish to bring along with their breeds and names. We do like to make it comfortable for the pets, so please treat Tom's Place with respect.
If there is any damage made by your pet(s), then the guest is responsible for paying for any said damage. Accepting the booking indicates you agree to these conditions.
