Holiday house
The house, is about 7 minutes walk to UQ, and 1 minute walk to St Lucia village shopping centre with supermarket, restaurants, and bus routes to city and Indooroopilly.
It is secluded, small but spacious and comfortable, with a fully screened deck at the back of the house overlooking the river, and a small sunroom opens on to a tropical courtyard at the front of the house. Off road car parking available.
Bedroom 1 has a Queen size bed, Bedroom 2 has king single plus trundle which can be placed together to make a King size double. Lounge includes a sofa bed for extra sleeping accommodation.
Would suit visiting academics, executives looking for temporary accommodation while relocating or small family on holiday.
