Lower Bluff Holiday Shack in St. Leonard's is situated only 250mt from Edwards Pt. Beach & Nature walk.
This Contemporary home has a large open fireplace to relax in front of during winter and extensive decking to enjoy the sun in summer months.
Being only 1.5hrs drive from Melbourne, it is the perfect spot to unwind & relax with a partner, friend or family.
This home is the perfect hideaway for a couples retreat weekend.
There is a superb native wildlife walk featuring board walks & bird life around 2.5km each way.
Just beyond the Edwards Point reserve is a beautiful safe swimming beach with lots of shell collecting for the kids.
Surf beaches are only 10mins away for the keen surfer or boogie boarder.

The shack is fully self contained, gourmet kitchen & BBQ supplied.
The dining area can seat 8.

It has a brand new split system air conditioner & a large modern Bathroom.
Both queen bedrooms feature French doors that open out to the wonderful deck & tea tree native garden.

The children's bedroom features a bunk bed & a pull out mattress to sleep 3 kids comfortably.
All Bedding & linen is provided.

A separate games/ common area adjacent to the children's bedroom allows the kids to play games or colour in away from the main lounge / dining area.
There is also a TV, DVD, & stereo too keep them amused if the weather is inclement.

Locality

For the keen fisherman, the St. Leonards boat ramp is first class & St. Leonards in general is a well-known spot for great fishing.

St. Leonard’s also has a golf course & near by Queenscliff is only 15mins away to enjoy a hit.

For the wine connosouir, the Bellarine Peninsula has many award winning wineries to sample. Scotchmans Hill, Bellarine estate, Spray Farm just a 10min drive.

If you are looking to have a meal out, St. Leonards has various choices for everyone in the family’s tastes.
Fish & chips, Pizza, Pasta, or pop down to the St. Leonards Hotel for a beer & meal in the beer garden or a more formal dinner in Tides restaurant.
The Black Ink cafe takes care of the coffee lovers & offers a fabulous breakfast if you want to kick back & read the morning newspapers.

The shack is the ideal spot to stay if you would like to visit the Queenscliff Music Festival. Use the shack as a base to take in your favourite artists featuring over the festival.
The Queenscliff Blues Train is also a popular & enjoyable night out.
Various Sunday markets are on offer over the summer months and provide the best of the local produce, craft & art from around the regions. Queenscliff is always thoroughly enjoyable. Portarlington is great for fresh seafood.
