Private & secluded spot amongst the sand dunes in St Andrews Beach. Walk up the steps to the top of the dunes and down onto the Ocean beach.

Large deck overlooking the rolling hills with outdoor spa, shower and entertaining area with natural Gas BBQ at rear of the house for easy access from the kitchen.

Situated on 1.5 acres that backs onto the sand dunes & national park, this 2 level elevated holiday house and land has direct access to the ocean. Views over the ocean & sand dunes & walking tracks through the National Park are just at the back boundary of the property. The front of the property overlooks the rural and rolling hills to Arthurs Seat.

This is the perfect holiday hideaway to enjoy all year round. Situated right in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula, this is a good central location. Sit by the open fire in winter or soak up the sun on the outdoor deck in summer.

Separate games roombungalow with a table tennis table to occupy the kids.

Locality

Situated just a short walk from the local shops and a 5-10 minute drive to the main shopping centre and bay beaches of Rye.

There are many golf courses, wineries, day spas and markets, including National Park walks all within a short drive by car.

A drive of 10 to 20 mins takes you to many wineries and unique attractions that the peninsula has to offer. Or choose to retreat into the privacy of your own private holiday world. This is rural, this is sand dunes, this is the ocean and a must for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life.
