Cottage

Riverstone Cottage is a one bedroom dwelling with open plan lounge,dining and kitchen.Off the lounge is bathroom with shower and a seperate toilet.The cottage has a seperate laundry with washing machine and dryer.There is an electric blanket for the cold nights and electric fire.A carport near the cottage provides shelter for your car,however during the very wet weather we advise parking in Kuralboo Road on the bitumen opposite the cottage.The cottage has a piano for the music person in you,or just sit and relax on the verandah with a wine at dusk.

Locality

Directly opposite Riverstone Cottage is the Entrance to Springbrook National Park so you can start your journey back to nature a few minutes after you arrive.A General Store is only a short walk away open from 8.30 to 5.00 7 days and across the road from the cottage is a cafe that serves light meals and good coffee 10.30 to 4.30 7 days.On a clear dark night you can walk down to the Springbrook Observatory and indulge the " stargazer " in you or visit one of the Glow Worm colonies which are only a short drive away.
