Nestled in the hinterland between Brisbane and the northern border of New South Wales, lies Ferntree Grove. Formerly known as Springbrook Cedar Retreat, Ferntree Grove provides self-contained and idyllic Gold Coast Hinterland accommodation in Springbrook National Park. It is set in the heart of a World Heritage listed sub-tropical rainforest, surrounded by natural beauty, waterfalls and wildlife, and is only 30 minutes from the heart of Burleigh Heads, one of the Gold Coast's premier southern beaches.

For those with the country get-away in mind, we offer a choice of two cypress pine holiday homes, separated by a large outdoor deck area. Whistler home features two bedrooms and is wheel-chair friendly, and Rosella home has three bedrooms. Both homes have fully equipped kitchens. Bedding arrangements can be altered to suit your needs, with a choice of king-size single or double beds. Special accommodation packages are available for couples, honeymooners, girls-weekends or special interest groups. When both homes are used, groups of up to 17 may be accommodated.

So, whether you are looking for a simple relaxing escape from a hectic lifestyle, or a place for family or friends to gather, Ferntree Grove offers comfortable accommodation "a world away". It is provides an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding countryside, of special interest to walkers, bird watchers, photographers, for business or healing retreats, adventure weekends, or just those looking to spend time in a natural environment.
