Upstairs is 3 queen size bedrooms, dining room seats six, comfortable lounge room with some selection of dvd's available, kitchen, balcony at front, bathroom and toilet. Downstairs is another kitchen, bathroom/toilet, lounge, 2 queen size bedrooms, dining table, pool table and laundry with dryer. Walk out to the back to an above ground pool, bbq, trampolene for the young children. Internet and local call only phone available.

Locality

Kingston is 30 minutes drive or train to the beaches of the Gold Coast. Train into Brisbane city will take around 15 minutes. Take the train the DreamWorlk, Seaworld, Wet and Wild or MovieWorlk or take the 20 minute drive. At Loganholme/Garden City/BrownsPlains 10 minutes there are movies, shopping and entertainment. Local RSL within 5 minute walk. Travel to go horseriding or drive to Mount Tamborine 30 minutes. Drive to the Sunshine Coast one and a half hours. Kingston is pretty much central to so much to do.

Property

Swimming, bbq, snooker or pool and sunbaking. Relax by the pool and read. Cook your own meals and save money. 2 families could stay here for a cheap price. Ninetendo 64 available as well as some movies. Internet and local phone calls only.

Extra large above ground pool will keep your children entertained for hours. There is also a circular trampolene fully enclosed outside. Fully fenced to keep the children in. Inside there is ninentendo 64 (X2) downstairs with plenty of games to keep children entertained. For the teenagers to adults there is a pool table (please have adults supervise at all times). There are also many board games available downstairs to play. Upstairs there are some toys (up high in the cupboards) that my children play with when we stay. Books to read are also available (various titles). I have many copies of dvd's available and some videos. 3 dvd players in the house and 4 tv's.

Pet friendly

Small dogs (less than 11 kg) are permitted, Medium dogs (11 kg to less than 34 kg) are permitted, Large dogs (34 kg or heavier) are permitted, Pets are permitted outside only, Secure, fully fenced running area.

Fully fenced area, grass and tiled outside areas.. just clean up dog messes when finished.. No dogs allowed inside due to other people's allergies that they may have. I love dogs and would never say no to them staying.. A family house. Thanks Trish and Edwina
